We collect minimal information necessary to process your orders and deliver your digital cards:

• Name and email address (for order receipts and card delivery)
• Payment information (processed securely through Stripe — we never store your card details)
• Card customization inputs (sender name, recipient name, your personalized messages)

• To process and fulfill your digital card orders
• To send order confirmations and delivery links
• To provide customer support if you encounter issues
• To improve our designs and shopping experience

We never sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

All payments are processed through Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. Your credit card information is never transmitted to or stored on our servers. Stripe handles all payment data securely in accordance with PCI-DSS standards.

When you purchase an interactive card, a unique delivery link is generated and associated with your email address. The link contains your customized card content (names, messages) but does not expose your payment information. Links are shareable — anyone with the link can view the card.

We use basic analytics to understand site traffic and improve our products. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising. We may use essential cookies to remember your shopping cart contents.

Order records (including card customization data) are retained for the lifetime of the business to support order verification and customer support. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing hello@chronocraftcards.com.

We use the following third-party services:

• Stripe (payment processing)
• Base44 (app hosting and infrastructure)
• Printify (fulfillment for physical products, if applicable)

Our services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
