TERMS OF SERVICE

By accessing or purchasing from ChronoCraft Cards, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

All products sold on ChronoCraft Cards are digital goods. Upon successful payment, you will receive access to your purchased card via a delivery link or downloadable HTML file.

• Personal Use: You may download, share, and send purchased cards to friends and family for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or include our card designs in other commercial products.
• You may not claim our designs as your own or use them for commercial branding.
• Bulk or commercial licensing is available on request — email hello@chronocraftcards.com.

Interactive cards are HTML files that work in any modern browser. They include animations, flip effects, and personalized content. They do not require internet access once downloaded. We use pure CSS (no JavaScript) for the flip mechanism to ensure maximum compatibility.

• All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
• Digital products are delivered instantly upon successful payment confirmation.

Due to the nature of digital products:

• Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
• If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing your card, contact hello@chronocraftcards.com for a replacement or refund.
• Refunds are not available for cards that have been successfully delivered and accessed.

You are responsible for the accuracy of any personalized content (names, messages) entered when purchasing interactive cards. We are not liable for typographical errors in user-submitted content. Please review your customization before completing checkout.

All card designs, artwork, and code are the intellectual property of ChronoCraft Cards. You purchase a license to use the card, not ownership of the design itself.

ChronoCraft Cards is not liable for:

• Issues caused by incompatible browsers or outdated software
• Delivery failures due to incorrect email addresses provided by the customer
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.

We use Stripe for payments and Base44 for hosting. Their respective terms of service also apply to transactions and site usage.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
