How do I open my card?

After purchasing, you'll receive a unique card link. Tap the link to open your interactive card in any browser. Tap the card to flip it and reveal the inside message.

Can I send my card to someone else?

Yes! Copy the delivery link and share it via text, email, or social media. The recipient can open it in any browser — no app needed.

Do I need an account to buy cards?

No. We use guest checkout — just enter your email at purchase. You can look up all your past cards anytime using the "My Cards" tab with that same email.

How much do cards cost?

Each card is $3.99. Payment is processed securely through Stripe (web) or Apple's in-app purchase system (iOS app).

What's your refund policy?

If a card link doesn't work or you didn't receive your delivery link, contact us at support@popartgreetingcards.shop for a full refund within 7 days of purchase.

Can I download my card?

Yes! On the card delivery page, tap "Download Interactive Card" to save a standalone HTML file that works offline with the flip animation.
